1. cutoff require number of vials (small 100 tests) or plates (Microplate 384 tests) Nutrients for spores are included in agar gel and no teblet is required

2 Add 100ul of milk to vial using special non-drip pipettes provided with the kit if using the Copan Test use a micropipette to dispense 100 ul of milk

3. Incubate the vials / plates in a dry block heater or in a Water bath (using a foam rack) at 64.5 0c
(148 0F)

4. Read the result after 2.5 - 3 hours depending on the control test If the colur has changed to yellow, the test is negative. If the colour has only changed slightly to yellow- purple, it is partially positive but the concentration below the sensitivity of the test. If the colour remains purple after three hours of incubation the test is positive.
